Thursday April 23, 2026           

• 9 am - 4 pm: Practice courts available at the Atwater Club

• 5 pm - 7 pm: (NEW) Opening Doubles Challenge

  • 4 matches will be played

  • (2 Grant, 1 Lawrence Wilkins, 1 Crawford)

  • winning teams granted free libations at the gathering later that evening

• 7 pm... Gathering (and trash talking) at Burgundy Lion Pub.  Heavy hors d’oevres.

Friday April 24, 2026​

• 8 am - 6 pm: Registration (Atwater)

• 8 am - 6 pm: Matches

• 10 am - 2 pm: Lunch available (Atwater)

• 7 pm - 10 pm: Cocktail reception (Atwater)

  • substantial canapés​

• 2 venues have been selected as meet-up locations to gather off-site to enjoy local late night libations.

Saturday Apr 25, 2026

• 8 am - 10 am: Breakfast available (Atwater)

• 9 am - 6 pm: Matches

• 12 pm - 2 pm: Lunch (Atwater)

• 6:30 pm - 8 pm: Cocktails (Atwater)

• 6:45 pm - 7:30 pm: Team Photos

• 8 pm - close: Dinner, awards and dancing - live band. Black-tie encouraged
