Check-in/Registration: will be available on the 2nd floor at the Cricket Club starting at 5pm on Friday.

Concierge: There is a concierge on the first floor of the Cricket Club who can assist you with court locations, locker room access, etc. Please show them your assigned 1-day badge when you arrive on-site.

Use of the Squash Courts at the Cricket Club: Guests registered for the 1-day event are welcome to use the athletic facilities at the Cricket Club during their stay including squash courts, tennis courts, and pickleball courts based on availability.

Dress Code & Cell Phone Use: A dress code at the Cricket Club is strictly enforced.

Billeting with local Jesters will be available on a first come first serve basis and preference will be given to International Jesters.

Shuttle Service: A shuttle service will be available between the hotel and the Cricket Club.

Ride Hailing Services: Uber and Lyft, cabs are available in most areas.

Subway Service: Nearest subway station is York Mills Station (Yonge & York Mills/Wilson). All east bound buses on Wilson stop at that Station. Buses are every 2 to 3 minutes during peak times (morning/evening) and 5 to 8 minutes during non peak times. Currently, cash fare is $3.25 per adult/ $2.30 for youth (13-19) and senior (65+).

Weather: The low/high range for mid/end of May is 16-23 degrees C (62-74 degrees F). Sweaters or light jackets are recommended.

Dietary Restrictions: Please let us know if you or your guest have any dietary restrictions.

Additional Travel Options: If you are travelling from overseas, many of the Canadian Jester regions would be pleased to receive you either before or after the Jubilee weekend (TBD based on demand). More information can be found here.

Cancellations: Jesters who sign up for an event but fail to participate, will be charged if they cancel within 60 days of the Jubilee.
